These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Food $en$e program, website, and services offered by the Food Bank of Central New York (FBCNY) , By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders may be placed online through our website or in person at participating Food $en$e sites.
2. Each order must be submitted before the posted order deadline (deadlines are listed on the F$ portal).
3. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

1. All orders are subject to product availability.
2. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified before finalizing your order.
3. Substitutions may occur in limited cases due to availability.

1. Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed.
2. Accepted payment methods include those listed on our website, which may include credit/debit cards, SNAP/EBT, or other approved options.

1. SNAP / EBT benefits may be used for eligible food items in compliance with USDA regulations.
2. No minimum or maximum purchase requirements are placed on SNAP / EBT orders other than what is required by law.
3. Any restrictions on SNAP / EBT purchases will be communicated clearly before checkout.

Food $en$e reserves the right to perform a $1 temporary authorization on credit or debit cards to validate the account. This authorization is released within a few business days (debit cards may vary by bank).

1. Orders will be delivered to the pick-up site you selected when ordering.
2. Pickup times are listed on the ordering portal and may vary by site.
3. Delivery times may be affected by weather, transportation, or other external factors.

USDA-recommended cooking temperatures for the following proteins:

1. Poultry: 165°F
2. Ground meats: 160°F
3. Pork: 145°F
4. Seafood: 145°F
5. Fresh produce should always be washed before consumption.

FBCNY is not responsible for improper food handling or storage once items are picked up.

1. Orders canceled before the posted deadline will receive a full refund.
2. Once the order deadline has passed, cancellations and refunds are not available.
3. If you are dissatisfied with your order, contact your host site to discuss possible replacement options.

1. Your personal information is handled according to our separate Privacy Policy, available on our website.
2. Payment details (including SNAP / EBT data) are processed securely and not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

1. All content on the Food $en$e website, including text, images, logos, and materials, are the property of FBCNY.
2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FBCNY is not liable for damages arising from:

1. Product unavailability, substitutions, or delays in delivery.
2. Improper handling or storage of food items after pickup.
3. Interruption or errors in website functionality.

FBCNY may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you agree to the revised Terms.
