The Food Sense site is an internet property of the Food Bank of Central New York. Each end-user visitor to the Site agrees to the following Food Sense terms and conditions (“terms and conditions”), in their entirety.

1. Introduction
   1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Ordering
   1. Orders can be placed through our website and in-person and participating F$ sites.
   2. All orders must be submitted before the order deadline (dates are listed on the portal)
3. Product Availability
   1. All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that a product is out of stock, a customer will be notified and will not be able to place an order for that specific item.
4. Payment
   1. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment via the methods listed on our website.
5. Credit Card Payment
   1. Food $en$e reserves the right to execute a $1 authorization or temporary charge on your credit card to verify that your account is valid and that the information you provide to Food $en$e is correct. This authorization does not cost you anything and will expire in a few days (debit card authorizations typically expire in 24-48 hours depending on your bank’s rules).
6. Delivery
   1. We aim to deliver your order to the pick-up site you selected within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.
7. Food Handling
   1. Food $en$e recommends that all cooking instructions specified be followed, and that all meats, poultry, and seafood are cooked to the USDA recommended internal temperatures (165 degrees Fahrenheit for poultry; 160 degrees Fahrenheit for ground meats; 145 degrees Fahrenheit for whole meats; 145 degrees Fahrenheit for seafood). Additionally, all fresh produce should be washed prior to using.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
   1. You may cancel your order before the order deadline has been reached for a full refund. Once the order deadline has passed, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
   2. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact the host site where you pick-up your F$ packages to discuss possible replacement options.
9. Privacy
   1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
10. Intellectual Property
    1. All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, are the property of FBNCY and are protected by copyright laws.
    2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
